This place was amazing! The location was perfect for me as it was close to the metro station. The room was spacious, elegant and soundproofed, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. I was impressed with the room amenities and slept very well due to the comfortable bed and tea and coffee facilities. The housekeeping staff ensured that the room was always clean and that everything was working perfectly. I also loved the fact that there was a dining table in the room, which made it easy to get some work done. The staff, including the lovely skilled female French receptionist, were always friendly and professional.

I had a fantastic experience here. The leisure facilities such as fitness centre and bar were great and the staff was always on hand to help us out with any queries.

Recently renovated rooms with practical features like wall USB ports for easy charging. Friendly receptionist who was especially kind to children. Good location, although front entrance could be better positioned. Breakfast had a decent variety of quality products. a clean and comfortable stay.

Amazing family suite with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Good breakfast, but crowded at peak times. Friendly restaurant staff. Clean, modern rooms close to metro. Convenient car park. Great location near metro and Peripherique. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with excellent showers and separate toilet.

The hotel offered comfortable and clean rooms, with a good bed and no noise from the busy surrounding area. the hotel provided private parking, convenient with their own vehicles.

The breakfast experience was not consistent. When we arrived early, the breakfast was good, but later in the morning, there were long queues for tables and food was not replenished promptly.

The room and breakfast at Novotel were just okay. the standout feature of my stay was the helpful and polite staff. They were always willing to assist and provided excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was also convenient and safe, making me feel at home. Although there were minor issues, such as a slippery shower floor, overall I had a pleasant experience.
